My mom has a best friend who is my godmother. Her two daughters and I have grown up together and are practically sisters. We are doing a trio in dance this year. We want the dance to start slowly being lyrical. As the dance goes on we would like it to be more jazz or hip hop. We need a song that has good lyrics and means something because of our special relationship. Thanks.

Not as weird as you think! My dance studio does a fall/halloween dance recital as well as a spring one, and my advanced jazz class is doing a dance set in an insane asylum (it fits into the story of the recital lol). Our teacher wants song suggestions, since she thinks we should have some say in the dance. I don’t want cheesy songs (like Thriller by Michael Jackson), I want something kind of creepy and eerie that will fit the scene. Thanks!

In the movie, Another Cinderella Story, there is a scene at the dance competition where Dustin dances. I really like the song, but I don’t know what it’s called. Can anyone help me?

I have all the belly dance superstar CD’s and I can get more CD’s if there is a song you feel is appropriate for a sword dance (belly dance). Please help me pick!

So this year is the first time I’ve ever had a date to Homecoming and I am unsure of how to dance with my date during fast songs. I am most concerned with how to position myself in relation to her, where I put my hands, and how to move in general. I have no problem with slow dancing, I’ve just never danced to a fast song with a partner before. Help please? I really don’t want to look stupid. Thanks.
